Clear Springs - a 260 unit multi-family project. Designed from the ground up, Robertson was able to save the black land soil over-burden, amend it, and re-use it on the property. Designed with water conservation in mind - it is the only complex in the greater New Braunfels area without an irrigation system - due to the purposeful implementation of water-saving methods and use of local flora, which thrive in the conditions of Texas. Robertson Farms took the project from silt fence to final city inspection.
